Its gear pump displaces 0.24 in³ per revolution (3.93 cm³ per rev), and the assembly supports a maximum flow of 1.8 GPM (6.80 L/min) for steady actuator movement. System pressure can be held up to 1610 psi (110 bar) so cylinders and motors receive adequate force. A 5-gallon reservoir stores fluid for thermal settling and deaeration between cycles. The block includes SAE-8 bar manifold ports threaded 3/4-16 UNC for direct stacking of directional or pressure valves. Line interfaces consist of a –6 SAE port at X1, a –12 SAE port at X2, and a –8 JIC port at X3 to separate pressure, return, and test functions.
Driving the pump is a 2 HP (1.4 kW) induction motor rated for 3-phase service at 60 Hz, allowing connection to either 230 V or 460 V supplies without modification. The motor turns at 1750 rpm, matching the displacement value to achieve the stated flow across the working pressure range. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure (TEFC) shields the windings from dust or oil mist, while the 145TC frame provides a standard footless mounting pattern for compact skid layouts. Electrical balance is maintained by the three equally loaded phases, and the frequency keeps magnetic flux within design limits. Downstream cleanliness is protected by a return filter rated at 20 µm absolute so valve spools and servo edges remain free of abrasive particles during continuous operation.
