The PP5/G2004/1/3BM2/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for compact hydraulic automation tasks. Its 5 gal (19.0 L) reservoir stores the working fluid needed for small machinery, while an included filler-breather lets technicians add oil and relieve internal air without removing covers. A fluid level indicator with a thermometer shows both oil quantity and temperature so operators can keep the unit within safe limits. The -8 SAE reservoir drain port provides a dedicated service point for fluid changes. Contamination control is handled by a return filter rated at 20 µm absolute, which captures particles before the oil reenters the tank. The pump delivers up to 1.8 GPM (6.80 L/min) to the circuit, and system pressure can be set as high as 800 psi (55 bar) to match light-duty actuators. A displacement of 0.24 in³/rev (3.93 cm³/rev) defines how much oil moves per pump revolution and establishes the flow rate at the selected speed.
A 1 hp (0.7 kW) electric motor turns the pump and gives the assembly the power required for continuous duty; it runs at 1750 rpm to align with standard industrial supplies. The motor uses a 143TC frame size so it can be replaced with readily available NEMA units if needed. A built-in pressure gauge provides an immediate reading of line pressure, and a pressure line check valve stops reverse flow when the pump is off. Hydraulic connections to the machine are made through SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) A and B ports, and directional control is added via a D03 valve interface that fits industry-standard sandwich valves. Two bar manifold stations are available, enabling up to two valve sections to be installed without extra manifold blocks, which helps keep the system compact.
