The PP2.5/P1-9/2/3BM1/H2/L0 power pack is built by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series to supply pressurized oil for automated hydraulic equipment. It employs a fixed displacement gear pump that moves 0.10 in³ per revolution, creating a stable flow path for actuators. The pump is driven by a 2.0 hp motor housed in a TEFC enclosure, so airborne dust and moisture do not reach the windings. That motor runs on a three-phase source at either 230 V or 460 V and turns at 1750 rpm to match the pump’s displacement. When operating, the assembly delivers up to 0.8 GPM (3.02 L/min) and can maintain circuit pressure as high as 3000 psi (210 bar), giving machinery both precise metering and high-force capacity.
A one-station D03 bar manifold is included to mount directional valves directly on the unit, and the manifold interfaces to the circuit through SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) ports. An air-to-oil heat exchanger removes excess thermal energy so oil within the 2.5 gal (9.5 L) reservoir stays within its recommended temperature range. The tank provides three service connections—X1 –6 SAE, X2 –12 SAE, and X3 –8 JIC—and an –8 SAE drain to simplify fluid changes. Return oil is cleaned by a 20 µ absolute filter before it reenters the reservoir, protecting internal components from particulate wear. These interfaces and conditioning features allow the PP2.5/P1-9/2/3BM1/H2/L0 to integrate quickly into hydraulic automation systems while maintaining reliable performance.
