The PP2.5/P1-9/2/3BM1/H1/L0 power pack is built by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series for hydraulic automation tasks that need a compact pressure source. A 2.0 hp (1.4 kW) three-phase motor in a 145TC frame turns the pump at 1750 rpm to supply oil, and the motor accepts 230/460 V while its TEFC enclosure shields the windings from dust and splashing fluid. Pump displacement is 0.10 in³ per revolution, establishing the baseline flow per shaft turn, which results in a maximum flow of 0.8 GPM (3.02 L/min) for controlled delivery to light-duty circuits. System pressure can reach 3000 PSI (210 bar), allowing cylinders to generate high force when required. One manifold station is provided, and the directional valve interface is D03 so a single valve can be mounted directly. Ports X1–X12 use –8 SAE threads while port X13 uses a –8 JIC fitting, giving installers standard connection sizes.
Hydraulic oil is held in a 2.5 gal (9.5 L) reservoir, a capacity matched to the modest flow rate and helpful for basic heat dissipation. Clean return flow is maintained by a 20 µm absolute filter element that traps fine particles before the fluid reenters the tank. Thermal stability is handled by a water-oil heat exchanger, part number R978884023, which removes excess energy during extended duty cycles by routing water through external tubes while oil passes through internal passages. Consistent cooling preserves seal integrity and keeps viscosity within target ranges, protecting the pump and valve surfaces from accelerated wear. By integrating filtration, cooling, and storage into one assembly, the power pack presents a ready-to-install module for small presses, clamping fixtures, or test rigs that demand reliable hydraulic power at the specified pressure and flow levels.
