The PP2.5/P1-9/1/3BM2/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is built by Bosch Rexroth for compact hydraulic automation tasks. It combines a fixed displacement pump rated at 0.10 in³ per revolution with a 1 hp motor to generate consistent flow for small cylinders and tooling. The motor runs at a base speed of 1750 rpm on a 60 Hz supply, and it is housed in a totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure with a 143TC frame to resist dirt ingress and simplify mounting. Hydraulic fluid is stored in a 2.5 gallon steel reservoir that meets space-restricted machine frames while supplying adequate oil volume for heat dissipation. These elements work together to deliver predictable output without the complexity of variable displacement hardware.
For circuit plumbing the unit carries a D03 two-station bar manifold, and each manifold port is machined for SAE-8 threads (3/4-16 UNC) to match common hose fittings. The assembly supplies up to 0.8 gallons per minute and withstands system pressures to 1800 psi, letting designers drive modest actuators without oversizing components. A –8 SAE drain port is provided on the reservoir to simplify oil changes and contamination control. Returning oil passes through a 20 micron absolute filter so particle load stays within pump tolerances. A factory-installed system relief valve protects hoses and cylinders from pressure spikes caused by load shocks. This arrangement routes, filters, and limits hydraulic energy while occupying minimal panel space.
