The PP2.5/P1-4/.75/3BM1/H0/L0 hydraulic unit is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series to supply compact hydraulic power for automated machinery. A single-station D03 bar manifold directs flow to one actuator, and SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) ports permit standard hose terminations. The internal gear pump displaces 0.05 in³ per revolution (0.82 cm³/rev), and the 0.75 hp motor delivers the torque needed to drive it. A nominal speed of 1750 rpm matches the pump sizing, while a dual-voltage 230/460 V winding integrates with common three-phase networks. The totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure protects the motor from airborne oil while a 56C frame simplifies coupling and alignment. At a maximum flow of 0.4 GPM (1.51 L/min) the unit supports precise actuator motion, and a 3000 psi (210 bar) pressure limit enables high-force clamping. The 2.5 gal (9.5 L) steel reservoir stores working fluid and dampens aeration. A 20 µ absolute return filter removes fine particulate before fluid re-enters the tank to extend component life. Four mounting holes sized to 0.38 in secure the assembly to a baseplate, keeping vibration low during continuous duty.
