The PP2.5/P1-13/2/3BM2/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It supplies pressurized hydraulic fluid for automation by combining a fixed-displacement gear pump with a 2 hp (1.4 kW), 1750 rpm drive motor. A Totally Enclosed Fan-Cooled enclosure shields the windings from airborne oil and dust, and the 145TC frame aligns the shaft and housing with standard pump mounts. The hydraulic circuit delivers a maximum flow of 1.1 GPM (4.15 L/min) and tolerates pressures up to 2600 psi (180 bar), providing adequate energy for moderate-duty cylinders and clamps. A two-station D03 bar manifold accepts stackable directional valves so the installer can route work lines without additional piping. Fluid is stored in a 2.5 gal (9.5 L) steel reservoir that includes a −8 SAE drain port for convenient oil changes. Return fluid passes through a 20 µm absolute filter before reentering the tank, removing particles that could damage precision components. Together, these design elements give the unit consistent performance and straightforward integration in automated equipment that requires controlled hydraulic power.
