The PP2.5/P1-13/2/3BM1/H0/L0 power pack is part of the Rexroth Power Packs series produced by Bosch Rexroth for compact hydraulic automation tasks. A P1-13 gear pump with a displacement of 0.15 in³/rev (2.45 cm³/rev) meters the oil volume delivered per revolution. When the motor runs at 1750 rpm, the unit can supply a maximum flow of 1.1 GPM (4.15 L/min) to maintain steady actuator motion. System pressure capability reaches 2600 psi (180 bar), supporting medium-pressure circuits. A 2 hp (1.4 kW) electric motor provides the torque required to sustain this pressure, and its 230/460 V rating suits standard three-phase mains. Hydraulic connections are standardized with a ‑6 SAE port at X1, a ‑12 SAE port at X2, and a ‑8 JIC port at X3 to streamline external piping.
A 2.5 gal (9.5 L) reservoir stores the working fluid, giving sufficient capacity for thermal stabilization and deaeration. Return oil passes through a 20 µ absolute filter so particulate contamination is removed before the fluid re-enters the tank. Downstream valve mounting is handled by a D03 bar manifold, allowing direct stacking of directional valves without additional tubing. The manifold offers one station, which is adequate for single-function circuits, and uses SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) threads on the A and B ports to match common hose ends. The motor enclosure is TEFC, keeping dust and moisture away from the windings while allowing installation in general factory environments.
