The PP2.5/P1-13/1/RV/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation tasks. It delivers pressurized fluid through a fixed-displacement pump that maintains a constant flow rate independent of load changes. The pump displacement of 0.15 in³ per revolution defines the volume moved each shaft turn and, together with the 1750 rpm motor speed, produces a maximum flow of 1.1 GPM. The motor is rated at 1 hp, providing sufficient power to drive the pump without overloading standard single-phase supplies. System pressure is limited to 1300 psi, allowing the unit to match cylinders and valves designed for moderate working pressures. A 2.5-gallon steel reservoir stores the hydraulic oil so that heat can dissipate and air can separate before the fluid reenters the circuit.
Several connection and protection elements are integrated to simplify installation and maintenance. An auxiliary down line is present to supply pilot circuits or external accessories without additional manifolds. Pressure output leaves through port X1 sized −6 SAE, return flow enters port X2 at −12 SAE, and port X3 with −8 JIC threads provides a service tap for testing or flushing. A level indicator with a thermometer helps operators track oil volume and temperature in real time. The relief valve with an attached gauge opens at the set point to prevent excessive pressure and gives a direct reading during adjustment. A −8 SAE drain port at the reservoir bottom speeds oil replacement and minimizes spillage. A return filter rated at 20 µm absolute captures contaminant particles before the fluid reaches the tank, preserving pump and valve life.
