The PP20/G2022/7.5/RV/H0/L0 hydraulic power pack is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series and delivers pressurized fluid for automated machinery. The fixed-displacement pump moves 1.37 in³ per revolution (22.45 cm³/rev) so flow is predictable under varying load. At 1750 rpm motor speed the unit reaches a maximum flow of 10.0 GPM (37.85 L/min), supporting moderate circuit velocities. Circuit safety margins are maintained by a rated maximum pressure of 1090 psi (75 bar). A 7.5 hp (5.5 kW) electric motor drives the pump, drawing three-phase power at 230 or 460 V to match common plant supplies. The motor operates on a 60 Hz line frequency, and its three-phase design provides balanced torque for continuous duty.
For ancillary functionality the power pack uses a totally enclosed fan-cooled motor enclosure that shields windings from airborne oil mist while an external fan manages heat. The motor is built on a 213TC frame so alignment with standard NEMA couplings is straightforward. Oil cleanliness is managed by a 20 µm absolute filter rating, limiting particulate ingress to extend component life. A fluid level indicator with an integrated thermometer lets maintenance staff confirm oil volume and temperature through a single sight gauge. Downstream backflow is prevented by a pressure line check valve, maintaining system pressure when the pump is off. The steel reservoir stores 20 gal (76.0 L) of hydraulic fluid, and a −8 SAE drain port allows controlled oil removal during service.
