The PP20/G2022/7.5/3BM1/H0/LS power pack is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series. It supplies pressurized hydraulic fluid for automation circuits and integrates a gear pump with a displacement of 1.37 in³ per revolution to deliver a steady volume of oil. At 1750 rpm the pump achieves a maximum flow of 10.0 GPM and can sustain outlet pressures up to 1090 psi. Drive energy is provided by a 7.5 hp, 3-phase motor housed in a TEFC enclosure; the motor is wired for 230/460 VAC at 60 Hz so it fits common North American supplies. Together these components form a compact source of hydraulic power without relying on external ventilation.
The unit holds 20 gal of fluid in a steel reservoir, and a -8 SAE drain port simplifies oil changes without removing the tank. Return oil passes through a 20 µ absolute filter to control contamination before re-entry to the reservoir. One D03 bar manifold station is bolted to the assembly so directional valves can be mounted directly on the pack, while service ports are provided at X1 -12 JIC, X2 -12 SAE, and X3 -8 JIC for pressure, return, and auxiliary lines. These connections match common hose fittings and keep plumbing straightforward. The arrangement allows the pump and motor group to feed valves and cylinders while the built-in manifold, reservoir, and filtration maintain circuit cleanliness and reduce installation time.
