The PP20/G2022/7.5/3BM1/H0/L0 power pack is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series and supplies hydraulic energy to automated machinery. A three-phase motor rated at 7.5 hp turns the internal gear pump at 1750 rpm, giving a displacement of 1.37 in³ per revolution and supporting a flow rate of 10.0 GPM. Electrical input can be 230 V or 460 V at 60 Hz, and the 213TC frame allows direct C-face coupling. The manifold provides one D03 station, while all ports use SAE-8 (3/4-16) threads to connect valves and hoses without adapters.
An internal relief valve limits system pressure to 1090 psi and a pressure gauge is installed for on-site monitoring. The 20-gallon reservoir stores the working fluid, and a ‑8 SAE drain port simplifies oil changes. Return flow passes through a 20-micron absolute filter to keep particulate below component limits. The reservoir volume, combined with the maximum 10.0 GPM flow, manages heat and aeration for continuous duty. The motor, pump, and manifold share a single baseplate, producing a compact, self-contained assembly for presses, clamping fixtures, or other hydraulic automation stations.
