The PP20/G2022/3/3BM1/H3/L0 power pack is built by Bosch Rexroth in the Rexroth Power Packs series and supplies pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation circuits. The pump displacement is 1.37 in³ per revolution (22.45 cm³/rev), delivering a fixed volume with each shaft turn, while a maximum flow of 10.0 GPM (37.85 L/min) supports moderate actuator speeds. A 3 hp electric motor drives the pump to provide adequate shaft torque for continuous duty; it operates at 1750 rpm so fluid output remains steady under load. Electrical flexibility comes from a dual rating of 230 or 460 V at 60 Hz, allowing connection to common North American mains. The motor uses the 182TC frame size for standard NEMA mounting, and its totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure protects the windings from airborne oil mist.
The bar manifold has an SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) port that accepts standard tube fittings, and it includes one D03 station so a single directional valve can be mounted directly. An X1 service port with a −12 JIC size provides an auxiliary connection for additional lines. The reservoir holds 20 gal of hydraulic oil to limit temperature rise during long cycles, and a −8 SAE drain port simplifies tank maintenance. Return fluid is cleaned by a filter rated at 20 µ absolute, capturing fine particles before the oil reenters the sump.
