The PP20/G2022/10/RV/H3/L0 power pack is built by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series and supplies pressurized oil to cylinders and valves in hydraulic automation systems. A pump displacement of 1.37 in³ per revolution meters fluid precisely, and at the rated motor speed of 1750 rpm the unit delivers a maximum flow of 10.0 GPM (37.85 L/min) for consistent actuator response. System pressure can be adjusted up to 1450 psi (100 bar) to match load demands. Drive energy comes from a 10 hp (7.4 kW) motor configured for 3-phase operation, so the pack connects directly to 230 or 460 VAC mains at 60 Hz without additional transformers. An air/oil heat exchanger identified by part number R978808140 in the H3 configuration removes excess heat from the circulating fluid to maintain stable viscosity. The motor housing is a totally enclosed fan-cooled design that shields windings from airborne oil mist during continuous service. A steel reservoir holds 20 gal (76.0 L) of hydraulic fluid and includes a ‑8 SAE drain port to simplify scheduled oil changes. Return flow passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to capture particles before the fluid re-enters the tank, helping protect valves and actuators. A factory-installed relief valve and pressure gauge safeguard the circuit against over-pressure and provide immediate visual feedback. Together these features control temperature, cleanliness, and pressure so the power pack can run reliably in automated production lines.
