The PP20/G2022/10/RV/H0/L0 power pack is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series. It supplies pressurized hydraulic oil to actuators in automated machinery. A fixed displacement gear pump with a displacement of 1.37 in3 per revolution provides predictable output for valves that need steady flow. The assembly delivers up to 10.0 GPM, giving medium-sized cylinders adequate speed for routine cycles. Working pressure is capped at 1450 psi by an integrated relief valve, and the included gauge allows direct observation of line pressure. Drive energy comes from a three-phase motor rated at 10 hp, so continuous duty operation remains within its thermal limits. Dual-voltage windings rated for 230 or 460 V make the unit compatible with common industrial power systems.
The motor turns at 1750 rpm on a 60 Hz supply, matching the pump so the specified flow is achieved without overspeed. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure protects the motor from airborne oil and dust while maintaining adequate cooling airflow. The 20-gallon reservoir stores enough fluid to damp pressure fluctuations and provide heat dissipation during extended cycles. A -8 SAE drain port on the tank speeds oil changes and simplifies maintenance. Return fluid passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to keep abrasive particles out of the pump and downstream actuators. Pressure fluid exits through a -12 JIC port, and return fluid reenters through a -12 SAE port, so standard hose fittings connect without adapters.
