The PP20/G2016/10BM1 hydraulic power pack is produced by Bosch Rexroth in the Rexroth Power Packs series and supplies pressurized fluid for automated clamping, lifting, or positioning tasks. The internal gear pump displaces 0.99 in³ per revolution, establishing the delivered volume for each motor turn. A maximum flow of 7.5 GPM supports medium-size actuators, while system pressure can reach 1,940 psi for high-force operations. Drive energy comes from a 10 hp electric motor that spins at 1,750 rpm. The motor accepts either 230 or 460 V three-phase power at the standard 60 Hz line frequency.
The motor housing follows a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled design, and the frame size is 215TC to align with common pump mounts. A 20 gal reservoir stores hydraulic fluid, and a ‑8 SAE drain port on the tank speeds oil changes. Return flow passes through a filter rated at 20 µm (absolute) to protect downstream components. The manifold uses the D03 pattern with one station; ports X1 through X12 are threaded for ‑8 SAE fittings, and port X13 is tapped for a ‑8 JIC connection to simplify valve and accessory piping.
