The PP20/G2011/RV/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for compact hydraulic automation. It combines a gear pump with an electric motor to supply pressurized oil for cylinders and valves. The pump displacement is 0.68 in³ per revolution (11.14 cm³ per revolution), allowing the unit to deliver a maximum flow of 5.0 GPM (18.93 L/min) for medium-duty actuation circuits. A squirrel-cage motor running at 1750 rpm drives the pump; the motor operates on a 3-phase 230/460 V supply at 60 Hz so it can be wired into common North American plant grids. The motor is protected by a TEFC enclosure that keeps dust and moisture away from the windings. A built-in fluid level indicator with a thermometer lets maintenance personnel verify oil quantity and temperature during operation.
The hydraulic reservoir holds 20 gal (76.0 L) of oil, providing adequate volume to dissipate heat and accommodate return flow. Servicing is simplified by a -8 SAE drain port at the base of the tank. Pressure oil leaves the unit through a -12 JIC port labeled X1, while return and auxiliary lines connect through a -12 SAE port at X2 and a -8 JIC port at X3, giving installers standard fitting options. A pressure line check valve prevents back-flow when the system is idle, and an integrated system relief valve with a gauge limits over-pressure and reports operating pressure at a glance. Contaminants are removed by a return filter rated at 20 µ absolute to protect downstream components. Together these features support stable, clean and safe hydraulic service in automated machinery.
