The PP20/G2011/7.5/3BM1/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth to deliver pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation circuits. The drive section is a 7.5 hp three-phase motor that converts electrical energy into the mechanical torque needed to turn the pump continuously. It accepts 230 or 460 V at 60 Hz so the pack can connect to common plant power grids without a transformer. A 213TC frame provides standardized mounting dimensions, and the totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure keeps airborne dust and moisture away from the windings to extend service life. Shaft speed is 1750 rpm, which matches the displacement figure to deliver the stated flow and pressure without overloading the pump. Three-phase operation smooths current draw and limits voltage sag under load. An additional service point at port X3 is a –8 JIC fitting that can be used for return flow or test equipment, ensuring flexible circuit layout in automated machinery.
