The PP20/G2011/5/3BM2/H0/L0 power pack is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series and serves as a self-contained hydraulic source for automation circuits that need steady oil flow. It incorporates 2 bar manifold stations which permit mounting of directional valves close to the pump outlet. A D03 manifold pattern is provided so standard subplate valves can be used without adapters. Ports A and B are tapped to SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) threads to match common hose fittings in industrial machinery. The gear pump inside delivers 0.68 in³ per revolution (11.14 cm³/rev), establishing displacement and flow potential. At the rated motor speed of 1750 rpm, this displacement yields a maximum flow of 5.0 GPM (18.93 L/min) for actuator movement. A 20-gallon reservoir fabricated from steel supplies thermal mass and structural rigidity for floor mounting.
The assembly withstands working pressures up to 1450 psi (100 bar), supplying the force margin required in presses and clamps. A Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled design protects the 5 hp (3.7 kW) motor from airborne oil and dust. That motor uses frame size 184TC, providing standardized mounting and shaft height for quick replacement. Electrical power is 3-phase 230/460 V at 60 Hz, matching common plant service without transformers. The 60 Hz supply keeps rotational speed aligned with pump requirements, preventing cavitation and overheating. Balanced three-phase excitation also limits current imbalance and reduces conductor heating during continuous duty. Returning oil passes through a 20 µ absolute filter element to prevent particulate from reaching the pump and manifold valves.
