The PP20/G2011/5/3BM1/H0/L0 power pack is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the Rexroth Power Packs series. Intended to drive hydraulic automation, it combines a gear pump with an electric motor in a single assembly. The pump displacement of 0.68 in³ per revolution (11.14 cm³/rev) governs the fluid volume delivered each cycle. Driven by a 5 hp (3.7 kW) motor spinning at 1750 rpm, the unit maintains a flow of 5.0 GPM (18.93 L/min) for cylinders and rotary actuators. The motor accepts 230/460 V three-phase input at 60 Hz, matching common plant supplies, and the totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure shields the windings from airborne oil mist and debris during continuous duty.
System pressure is capped at 1450 psi (100 bar) to protect downstream components. A single D03 manifold station is included, and its ports follow the SAE-8 thread (3/4-16 UNC) so directional valves bolt directly to the block. Hydraulic fluid is stored in a 20-gallon steel reservoir whose material adds structural rigidity and heat dissipation capacity. A ‑8 SAE drain port speeds reservoir servicing, while return oil passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to remove fine contaminants before recirculation. These features, combined with the compact layout, allow the power pack to supply dependable pressure and clean oil to mobile fixtures or small presses where space and serviceability are critical.
