The PP15/G2016/7.5/3BM4/H0/L0 hydraulic power pack is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series. It delivers controlled oil flow for hydraulic automation tasks such as clamp motion or lift tables. The internal gear pump displaces 0.99 in³ per revolution, and at its rated 1750 rpm the unit reaches 7.5 GPM (28.39 L/min). Maximum circuit pressure is 1450 psi (100 bar), allowing moderate force actuators without overloading seals. A 7.5 hp three-phase motor drives the pump; it operates on 230 or 460 V supplies, fits the 213TC frame, and is protected by a totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure that shields the stator from airborne oil mist. The 15 gallon reservoir stores working fluid, letting entrained air separate and heat disperse before the oil returns to the suction line.
Four BM4 D03 valve stations are integrated in the manifold so directional or pressure valves can be installed directly on the power pack. Each station follows the D03 pattern, guaranteeing compatibility with standard NG6 valve bodies. Return fluid passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to remove fine contaminants and protect downstream components. Three service ports support external piping: the pressure port is a -12 JIC fitting labeled X1, the return or suction port is a -12 SAE fitting labeled X2, and an auxiliary port uses a -8 JIC fitting labeled X3. These standardized port sizes shorten installation time and maintain consistent sealing quality in industrial machinery.
