The PP15/G2016/7.5/3BM1/H0/L0 hydraulic power pack is supplied by Bosch Rexroth as part of the Rexroth Power Packs series. It delivers pressurized oil for cylinders, valves, and actuators used in automated machinery. A gear pump with a displacement of 0.99 in³ per revolution (16.23 cm³/rev) produces a maximum flow of 7.5 GPM (28.39 L/min) so actuators receive stable volume at rated speed. System pressure is limited to 1450 psi (100 bar) to protect downstream components and maintain consistent force output. The pump is driven by a 7.5 hp (5.5 kW) motor that turns at 1750 rpm to match the flow target without overspeeding the pump gears. The drive operates on a 3-phase supply and runs at 60 Hz, allowing direct connection to standard industrial mains.
The motor windings accept 230 or 460 V so the unit can be wired for either low or high voltage installations. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure shields the motor from airborne oil mist and chips, while the 213TC frame gives standardized foot and shaft dimensions for straightforward replacement. Hydraulic lines connect through SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) ports on the manifold so hose selection remains simple. The steel reservoir holds 15 gal (57.0 L) of fluid, providing sufficient dwell time for heat dissipation and air release, and a ‑8 SAE drain port allows quick fluid changes during service. A 20 µm absolute return filter traps particles before oil enters the tank to extend pump and valve life.
