The PP15/G2016/10/RV/H0/L0 unit is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series. It supplies hydraulic energy for automated machinery through a gear pump that displaces 0.99 in³ per revolution, delivering 7.5 GPM (28.39 L/min) of flow to circuit components. System pressure can be regulated up to 1,940 PSI (135 bar) to match cylinder or motor requirements. The pump is driven by a three-phase electric motor rated at 10 hp (7.4 kW), so the assembly can handle continuous industrial duty. The motor turns at 1,750 rpm to maintain the stated flow and pressure relationship. Dual-voltage windings support either 230 V or 460 V supplies, allowing installation on common plant mains. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure limits dust ingress to the motor while maintaining acceptable winding temperatures.
The motor is built on a 215TC frame, providing standardized shaft height and mounting for straightforward replacements. Hydraulic fluid is stored in a 15 gallon (57.0 L) steel reservoir that offers sufficient volume for thermal control and deaeration. Fluid returns through a filter element rated at 20 µm absolute, preventing particulate contamination before re-entry to the pump. A ‑8 SAE drain port simplifies reservoir servicing without removing fittings. Pressure and return hoses attach via three dedicated ports: the supply port uses a ‑12 JIC fitting, the tank line is routed through a ‑12 SAE connection, and an auxiliary line is available on a ‑8 JIC port for pilot or bleed functions. Together these features complete the hydraulic circuit interface and maintenance provisions.
