The PP15/G2011/3/RV/H3/L0 hydraulic power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for compact hydraulic automation systems. It supplies pressurized oil to cylinders and motors in machine tools and material-handling lines. A 3 hp (2.2 kW) electric motor drives the unit to provide reliable shaft power for the internal gear pump. Electrical integration is straightforward because the motor is wound for 230/460 V and operates on a 3-phase 60 Hz supply. The frame size 182TC simplifies alignment with standard NEMA C-face pumps and common mounting bases. Pressure and return lines connect through X1 -12 JIC, X2 -12 SAE, and X3 -8 JIC ports to support common hose fittings. Cooling is handled by an air-to-oil heat exchanger identified as part number R978808140, designated type H3, which dissipates waste heat under continuous duty. A return filter rated at 20 µ absolute removes fine contaminants before fluid re-enters the tank, extending valve life and maintaining servo accuracy.
