The PP15/G2011/3/3BM1/H0/L0 power pack is assembled by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series. It supplies hydraulic power to automation circuits where stable pressure and flow are required. A fixed displacement gear pump with a displacement of 0.68 in³/rev (11.14 cm³/rev) converts mechanical drive energy into oil movement. The pump is driven by a 3 hp (2.2 kW) three-phase motor that runs at 1750 rpm for consistent output. The motor accepts 230/460 V supply and is enclosed in a TEFC housing to protect the windings from dust and moisture. Rated line frequency is 60 Hz, matching common North American mains. Hydraulic fluid is stored in a 15 gal (57.0 L) steel reservoir that provides thermal mass and contamination settling. A ‑8 SAE drain port simplifies oil changes and maintenance. Return flow passes through a 20 μm absolute filter to limit particle ingress to sensitive valves and actuators. The power pack includes a one-station D03 bar manifold so a single directional control valve can be mounted directly to the block. Manifold work ports are sized for SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) fittings to match common hose hardware. The built-in mounting surface eliminates external piping between pump and valve, reducing leak points. Together these features allow the unit to integrate quickly into machines that demand compact, self-contained hydraulic power supplies.
