The PP15/G2011/10/RV/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation circuits. A pump displacement of 0.68 in³/rev delivers a maximum flow of 5.0 GPM (18.93 L/min) so actuators receive a steady oil supply. A 10 hp three-phase motor turning at 1750 rpm drives the pump and maintains output under variable load. The motor accepts 230 or 460 V AC, giving flexibility for standard plant power grids. A 15 gal (57.0 L) reservoir stores operating fluid, and an −8 SAE drain port lets maintenance crews empty the tank without removing lines.
The hydraulic circuit can reach 2900 PSI (200 bar), allowing the unit to power cylinders and motors that require high system pressure. The drive end uses a TEFC enclosure on a 215TC frame motor, protecting windings from dust or splashed oil and fitting common NEMA mounts. Three service connections are provided: an −12 JIC outlet at port X1, an −12 SAE return at port X2, and an −8 JIC auxiliary line at port X3, which organize pressure, return, and ancillary circuits. A 20 µm absolute return filter removes fine particles before fluid reenters the reservoir to limit component wear.
