The PP15/G2008/7.5/3BM1/H3/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation systems. It supplies pressurized fluid through a pump with a displacement of 0.5 in³ per revolution (8.20 cm³/rev) to support actuators that require consistent volumetric delivery. At its rated operating point the unit delivers a maximum flow of 3.5 GPM (13.25 L/min), allowing moderate-speed cylinder or motor circuits. System pressure capability reaches 3000 psi (210 bar), so valves and lines connected to the assembly can be sized for high-force tasks. An integrated steel reservoir stores 15 gallons of hydraulic oil, providing ample volume for de-aeration and thermal buffering. Contaminant control is handled by a return filter rated at 20 µm absolute, preventing particulate ingress to the pump and valves. One D03 bar manifold station is fitted, offering a mounting point for directional control valves without external piping.
Drive energy is supplied by a 7.5 hp (5.5 kW) three-phase electric motor operating at 60 Hz. The motor is wound for 230/460 V service so it can be wired to common plant distribution panels. Shaft speed is 1750 rpm, matching the pump displacement to the specified flow and pressure ratings. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure (TEFC) shields the windings from ambient oil mist while forcing air over the frame for heat removal. The mechanical interface follows the 213TC frame size which simplifies alignment with standard pump adapters. Thermal stability of the hydraulic circuit is maintained by an air/oil heat exchanger, designated type H3, installed under part number R978808140. Forced cooling through this exchanger limits fluid temperature rise during continuous duty so viscosity remains within permissible limits.
