The PP10/G2011/7.5/RV/H3/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It supplies pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation tasks through a fixed displacement gear pump with a displacement of 0.68 in³ per revolution. A 7.5 hp motor turns the pump at 1750 rpm; this motor accepts 230/460 VAC three-phase input at 60 Hz. The motor is built in a 213TC frame and uses a Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled enclosure to keep contaminants out. Hydraulic fluid is stored in a 10 gal steel reservoir that includes a −8 SAE drain port for service work. Return fluid passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to control particulate contamination. Heat generated in the circuit is removed by an air/oil heat exchanger, part number R978808140, identified with the H3 code, which limits temperature rise during cyclic duty. These elements combine to deliver a compact and reliable hydraulic power source for integrated equipment.
