The PP10/G2011/3/3BM4/H0/L0 hydraulic power pack is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series to supply pressurized fluid in automated machinery. It incorporates four bar manifold stations so multiple control valves can be mounted on a single block. A gear pump with a displacement of 0.68 in³/rev (11.14 cm³/rev) works with a 3 hp (2.2 kW) motor to produce a maximum flow of 5.0 GPM (18.93 L/min). The motor operates at 1750 rpm on a three-phase 230/460 V supply, and its 182TC frame allows direct mounting without custom brackets. System pressure can be set as high as 870 psi (60 bar) to match the force requirements of cylinders or rotary actuators.
The unit holds 10 gal (38.0 L) of oil in the reservoir, providing thermal mass and deaeration time for stable operation. A -8 SAE drain port permits complete fluid changes during maintenance. Return flow is cleaned by a filter rated at 20 µm absolute to protect downstream components. The valve manifold presents an SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) port for directional or pressure control elements, while external piping connects through three dedicated lines: X1 uses a -8 JIC fitting for pressure, X2 uses a -12 SAE fitting for return or suction, and X3 uses a -8 JIC fitting for auxiliary services. This port arrangement simplifies hose routing and maintains proper sealing standards across the installation.
