The PP10/G2011/2/RV/H0/L0 power pack is built by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series and provides hydraulic power for automated machine tools and material handling equipment. A pump displacement of 0.68 in³ per revolution translates to steady volumetric output, while the unit’s maximum flow of 5.0 GPM supports moderate actuating speeds in cylinders and motors. A 2 hp electric motor drives the pump; its 1750 rpm speed maintains efficient torque delivery. The three-phase design runs on 230 or 460 V supplies at 60 Hz for compatibility with common plant mains, and a 145TC frame simplifies coupling alignment when motor swaps are required.
The motor uses a TEFC enclosure to block dust and moisture while an external fan maintains winding temperature. A pressure-line check valve is supplied so oil cannot drain back through the pump when the system is idle. The integrated relief valve with an accompanying gauge limits operating pressure and allows visual verification during setup. A 10 gallon steel reservoir stores the working fluid and provides mass for heat dissipation during long duty cycles. A –8 SAE drain port at the base speeds oil replacement without disturbing main lines. Return oil passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to capture particulate before it reenters the tank. Standard ports of –8 JIC, –12 SAE, and –8 JIC ensure quick connection to common hose assemblies.
