The PP10/G2008/7.5/3BM2/H0/L0 power pack is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series and supplies hydraulic power to automated machinery. A totally enclosed fan cooled motor in a 213TC frame delivers 7.5 hp (5.5 kW) and keeps dust and moisture away from the windings. The motor is wired for three-phase input at 230 / 460 V and runs on a 60 Hz supply to match standard industrial lines. Shaft speed is held at 1750 rpm, giving the attached pump stable mechanical input. With a displacement of 0.5 in³ per revolution (8.20 cm³/rev), the pump produces a fixed volume each turn, supporting predictable actuator motion across automated cycles.
The unit can deliver up to 3.5 GPM (13.25 L/min) while a built-in relief valve limits circuit pressure to 3000 psi (210 bar) for component protection. A 10 gal (38.0 L) steel reservoir stores and cools the hydraulic fluid, and a 20 µm absolute return filter removes fines before oil re-enters the tank. Two D03 valve stations on the manifold allow directional control valves to mount directly on the power pack, and circuit piping connects through an SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) port. These features combine to provide a compact, ready-to-install hydraulic source with controlled flow, pressure regulation, and fluid cleanliness.
