The PP10/G2008/5/3BM1/H0/L0 hydraulic power pack is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series. It supplies pressurized fluid to actuators in automated machinery and is configured for continuous industrial duty. A pump displacement of 0.50 in³ per revolution defines the volume moved each shaft turn and establishes the base flow rate. When the 1750 rpm drive speed is applied, the assembly delivers a maximum flow of 3.5 GPM (13.25 L/min), sufficient for small cylinders and clamps. The system can sustain up to 2080 PSI (140 bar), so valves and lines may be selected to match that circuit pressure. Power comes from a 5 hp motor that is built for 3-phase operation to obtain balanced currents and low vibration. A Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled enclosure shields the motor windings from airborne oil mist while maintaining thermal stability. Dual nameplate voltages of 230 or 460 V allow wiring to common industrial supply levels.
The 10-gallon (38.0 L) steel reservoir stores the working fluid and provides heat dissipation during duty cycles. A –8 SAE drain port on the tank simplifies oil changes by attaching standard service hoses. Cleanliness is maintained by a return filter rated at 20 microns absolute, preventing particle ingress to the pump. Pressure is routed to the circuit through A and B ports sized SAE-8 (3/4-16), matching compact hose fittings. Control valves mount on a D03 manifold with one station, enabling a single directional valve to be installed without additional blocks. Line terminations are organized as X1 –8 JIC, X2 –12 SAE, and X3 –8 JIC so installers can choose tube or hose styles per connection point. These port and manifold provisions complete the hydraulic interface and keep the package compatible with standard shop components.
