The PP10/G2008/3/3BM3/H0/L0 hydraulic power unit is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series and supplies pressurized oil for automated machinery. Its fixed-displacement pump moves 0.50 in³ per revolution, generating a steady 3.5 GPM (13.25 L/min) for circuit actuation. System pressure capability reaches 1240 psi (85 bar) to drive medium-duty cylinders and valves. A 3 hp (2.2 kW) motor provides the torque required for the pump while running at 1750 rpm, so flow remains consistent under load. The motor is built in the 182TC frame size, which defines the C-face mount and shaft height for direct coupling to the pump.
The totally enclosed fan-cooled motor enclosure protects windings from airborne oil mist, and the unit operates on a three-phase 230/460 V, 60 Hz supply for compatibility with plant power. Pressure output leaves the power pack through a ‑8 JIC port at connection X1, while the manifold offers three stations for valve mounting, each served by an SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) port. A 10 gal (38.0 L) reservoir stores working fluid, and a ‑8 SAE drain port allows complete tank emptying during maintenance. Return flow passes through a 20 µ absolute filter element to remove contamination before re-entering the tank, and an integrated system relief valve limits pressure to prevent component damage.
