The PP10/G2008/3/3BM1/H3/L0 hydraulic power pack is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the Rexroth Power Packs series and supplies pressure and flow to automated machine tools and presses. A 3-phase, 3 hp (2.2 kW) motor in the 182TC frame turns at 1750 rpm, driving the pump to convert electrical energy into hydraulic power. The motor is wired for 230/460 V, 60 Hz, allowing operation on common plant supplies. With a pump displacement of 0.50 in³/rev (8.20 cm³/rev), the unit delivers up to 3.5 GPM (13.25 L/min) to actuators. System pressure can be adjusted to a maximum of 1240 PSI (85 bar) so circuits can be tuned for clamping or positioning loads without exceeding component ratings.
Fluid temperature is controlled by an air-to-oil heat exchanger that removes generated heat and maintains oil viscosity during continuous cycles. A 10 gal (38.0 L) steel reservoir stores the working fluid and incorporates a –8 SAE drain port for service draining. Return flow passes through a 20 µ absolute filter that limits particulate contamination before the oil reenters the tank. The bar manifold provides one D03 valve station and employs an SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) port, giving installers a standardized connection for directional valves and piping. These features round out the power pack’s thermal management, contamination control, and interface capabilities required for reliable hydraulic automation.
