The PP10/G2005/5/RV/H3/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth to supply pressurized fluid for hydraulic automation circuits. Pump displacement is 0.34 in³/rev (5.57 cm³/rev), so each motor revolution moves a fixed oil volume that establishes the basic flow rate. A maximum flow of 2.5 GPM (9.46 L/min) supports small cylinders and workholding devices that do not demand high volume. The unit withstands up to 2900 psi (200 bar), enabling medium-pressure clamping or forming operations. A 10 gal (38.0 L) reservoir stores oil to dampen demand peaks and limit aeration. Heat removal is handled by air/oil heat exchanger R978808140, ensuring stable fluid temperature during continuous duty. The cooler is sized for circuits holding 10–20 gal, which matches the installed reservoir so thermal balance is maintained. A totally enclosed fan-cooled motor enclosure (TEFC) shields the windings against dust and oil mist in industrial environments. The motor runs on 60 Hz power, and three-phase construction smooths torque and reduces conductor current. Dual-voltage capability of 230/460 V allows connection to either low- or high-voltage plant supplies without rewinding. A return filter rated at 20 µm absolute captures particles before oil reenters the tank, protecting valves and actuators from abrasive wear.
