The PP10/G2005/.5/3BM4/H0/L0 is a hydraulic power pack from Bosch Rexroth in the Rexroth Power Packs series. It serves as a compact source of pressurized fluid for machine tools and automated fixtures. A vertical pump-motor group places the G2005 external gear pump directly above the 0.5 hp, 3-phase AC motor to save floor space. At the rated motor speed of 1750 rpm, the pump delivers 2.6 gpm (9.8 L/min) to connected valves and actuators. The totally enclosed fan-cooled motor enclosure protects the windings in dusty factory areas. One NFPA D03 manifold station provides a standardized interface for directional valves, while a system relief valve limits maximum pressure. A pressure line check valve is also present to stop reverse flow when the circuit is idle.
The pack holds 10 gal (37.9 L) of hydraulic oil in a powder-coated steel reservoir that resists corrosion. Fluid returns through an in-tank down-line to reduce aeration before re-entering the pump suction. A 16 µm absolute return filter captures fine particles and helps maintain fluid cleanliness. The removable tank cover allows quick access for maintenance; a separate cleaning cover is not included. This layout keeps routine service simple without adding extra openings that could leak. Together, the reservoir features pair with the components noted earlier to create a power unit suited for continuous industrial duty.
