The PP10/G2005/5/3BM1/H0/L0 power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth to supply pressurized oil for hydraulic automation. A fixed-displacement gear pump forms the core of the unit and provides predictable output with a displacement of 0.34 in³ per revolution. When the motor turns at its rated speed of 1750 rpm, the pump delivers flow matched to cylinders and motors driven by the system. The electric prime mover is rated at 5 HP (3.7 kW), giving the assembly sufficient torque to reach full pressure without stalling. Operation on either 230 V or 460 V, 3-phase mains simplifies installation in plants that follow standard North American power grids. The motor is built on the 184TC frame size so it fits common C-face adapters and baseplates. A totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) enclosure prevents airborne debris from entering the windings and supports continuous duty in industrial environments.

The integrated reservoir holds 10 gal (38.0 L) of hydraulic fluid, providing thermal mass and oil volume for moderate cycle times. Maximum flow is limited to 2.5 GPM (9.46 L/min), while system pressure can be raised to 2900 psi (200 bar) to power compact actuators. A D03, one-station bar manifold (BM1) is included so a directional valve can be mounted directly on the tank lid without external tubing. Return oil passes through a filter rated at 20 micron absolute, controlling particulate levels that could damage seals and spools. Port labeling follows standard conventions: connection X1 uses -8 JIC threads for pressure delivery, connection X2 is a -12 SAE suction port sized for low inlet velocity, and connection X3 repeats the -8 JIC format for the return line. These hydraulic interfaces allow the power pack to integrate quickly into clamping fixtures, test stands, or other automated machinery that requires a compact, self-contained oil supply.
