The PP10/G2005/3/3BM3/H0/L0 power pack is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series and supplies pressurized oil for compact hydraulic automation circuits. A gear pump with a displacement of 0.34 in³ per revolution (5.57 cm³ per revolution) generates the flow, while the unit limits delivery to a maximum of 2.5 GPM (9.46 L/min) to match small actuation tasks. System pressure is capped at 1740 psi (120 bar) to protect downstream components. Drive energy comes from a 3 hp (2.2 kW) electric motor rated for 1750 rpm so that the pump turns at constant speed. The motor runs on 3-phase power at either 230 or 460 V, allowing installation on common industrial supplies, and its TEFC enclosure guards the windings against dust and splash in factory environments.
A 10 gal (38.0 L) steel reservoir stores the hydraulic fluid, providing adequate dwell time for cooling and air release before recirculation. Clean oil is ensured by a return filter with a 20 µ absolute rating that traps fine particles before the fluid reenters the tank. The manifold section includes three D03 stations so multiple valve functions can mount directly on the block, and each station is fed through an SAE-8 (3/4-16 UNC) port that eases connection to standard tube assemblies. Circuit piping exits through an ‑8 JIC fitting at port X1 and returns through a larger ‑12 SAE fitting at port X2, balancing line velocity on the pressure and tank sides. All components are aligned on a frame size 182TC motor base to streamline coupling between the motor and pump.
