The PP10/G2005/2/RV/H0/L0 hydraulic power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth to supply pressurized oil for automated motion circuits. A gear pump with a displacement of 0.34 in³ per revolution (5.57 cm³/rev) moves a fixed fluid volume on every shaft turn for repeatable flow. Driven by a 2 hp (1.4 kW) motor, the assembly sustains continuous duty without stalling under load. That motor runs at 1750 rpm to achieve a maximum flow of 2.5 GPM (9.46 L/min) for small cylinders or valve manifolds. Three-phase windings accept either 230 or 460 VAC so the unit can be wired to standard plant power. A totally enclosed fan-cooled enclosure shields the motor from airborne contaminants while an external fan maintains operating temperature.
The reservoir holds 10 gal (38.0 L) of hydraulic fluid to smooth pressure fluctuations and absorb heat generated in the circuit. A -8 SAE drain port provides a dedicated outlet for fluid replacement during service operations. Return oil is filtered to 20 µm absolute, preventing solid particles from recirculating and extending component life. System pressure is limited by a relief valve that opens at 1160 psi (80 bar) to protect hoses, seals, and actuators. External piping is simplified with three dedicated ports: X1 is ‑8 JIC for pressure supply, X2 is ‑12 SAE for return flow, and X3 is ‑8 JIC for auxiliary connections. These features combine to deliver a compact, self-contained source of controlled hydraulic power.
