The PP10/G2005/2BM1 unit is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the Rexroth Power Packs series. It supplies hydraulic energy for automated equipment by coupling a three-phase, 2 hp motor in the 145TC frame directly to a gear pump. The motor operates on either 230 or 460 V at 60 Hz and turns at 1750 rpm, providing the speed required for the pump displacement of 0.34 in³ per revolution (5.57 cm³). This displacement yields a maximum flow of 2.5 GPM (9.46 L/min) while the circuit can be pressurized to 1160 psi (80 bar). One D03 bar manifold station is fitted for stack valves, and manifold ports A and B use SAE-8 threads to match common hose fittings.
A 10 gallon (38.0 L) steel reservoir stores the working fluid and provides settling volume for heat dissipation. The tank includes ports X1 ‑8 JIC, X2 ‑12 SAE, and X3 ‑8 JIC so suction, return, and auxiliary connections can be routed without adapters, and a ‑8 SAE drain simplifies fluid changes. Returning oil passes through a filter with an absolute rating of 20 µm to capture particulate before re-entry to the sump. These fluid management details support reliable service in stand-alone hydraulic automation skids.
