The PP10/G2005/2/3BM1/H1/L0 hydraulic power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for automated fluid power circuits. One D03 bar manifold station is included so directional valves mount directly on the assembly and reduce external piping. Fluid temperature is controlled by a water-to-oil heat exchanger; the oil side uses an SAE-12 (1-1/16-12 UNC) port, and cooling water enters through a 3/4 NPT connection. A 10 gal (38.0 L) reservoir stores return oil and dampens pulsations, and a ‑8 SAE drain port allows quick tank emptying during maintenance. Return oil passes through a 20 µm absolute filter to protect precision components. The totally enclosed fan-cooled (TEFC) motor enclosure shields the windings from airborne oil and debris, enabling reliable operation in industrial environments.
