The PP10/G2005/1/3BM1/H0/L0 hydraulic power pack belongs to the Rexroth Power Packs series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth. It provides pressurized fluid for automated cylinders and valves in compact installations. A 460 VAC 60 Hz supply feeds the unit, driving a 0.7 kW motor that couples to the internal pump. The pump-motor set is mounted in a vertical orientation to minimize the footprint and simplify alignment of suction and return lines. A constant displacement pump is used, so the delivered volume remains fixed relative to speed, ensuring predictable system response. Under nominal conditions the assembly supplies up to 9.5 L/min, supporting moderate actuator speeds. The steel reservoir holds 38 L of hydraulic fluid, and the tank cover is removable to permit fluid inspection or filter replacement without disassembling the frame. The manifold block accepts a D03 standard-flow interface, letting designers mount directional control valves directly on the power pack. The manifold is built with one station, which suits single-actuator machines or test rigs. No cleaning cover is fitted, so external filtration or periodic tank access is required to remove contaminants. Together, these features define a compact power source with straightforward maintenance requirements and straightforward valve mounting options for small hydraulic circuits.
