The PSV-SSAF-25ERM-66-110/115-66 variable vane pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PSV Variable Vane Pumps series. It supplies hydraulic actuators with controlled flow and pressure in automated machinery. This model is a variable volume vane pump, so the displacement changes to meet circuit demand while reducing energy loss. Under 1800 rpm it delivers 20.2 gallons per minute, giving steady medium-duty throughput. A solenoid two-pressure control shifts the displacement stage between two preset pressure levels for rapid mode changes. System pressure can be regulated up to 1000 psi to match common industrial manifolds. The rotating group turns in the right-hand direction and contains 11 vanes per set for balanced radial loading. Output volume is trimmed with a screw, allowing fine manual adjustment during commissioning.
The pump attaches to power units as a flange mounted component, which simplifies alignment with electric motors and reduces bracketry. Hydraulic fluid enters through an SAE 24 inlet port with a 1-7/8-12 straight thread and exits through an SAE 16 outlet port sized 15/16-12. Both ports use SAE straight thread connections and are positioned on the side of the housing to streamline hose routing in compact reservoirs. A Viton seal set protects the internal clearances from leakage when exposed to petroleum-based fluids or moderate heat. Together, the side-port orientation, standardized thread forms, and resilient sealing materials facilitate quick service and reliable operation inside automated hydraulic stations.
