The PSV-SNCF-80GRM-65-110/115 variable vane pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the PSV Variable Vane Pumps series and supplies hydraulic power to automated machinery. A solenoid two-pressure control lets the unit switch between two preset pressures for simple circuit management. Displacement is 118 cc per revolution, so every shaft turn moves a fixed oil volume. When the pump runs at 100 psi and 1800 rpm it provides 62 gpm (234.7 L/min), covering typical actuator demands. The pressure rating reaches 1500 psi (103 bar), allowing moderate-force operation without overstressing components. The pump can slow to 750 rpm during low-demand cycles while still maintaining internal lubrication. Acceptable inlet absolute pressure ranges from 0.8 bar to 1.7 bar, preventing cavitation yet permitting mildly boosted supply lines. The housing tolerates up to 10 psig case pressure, protecting internal seals from excessive drain line backpressure. Maximum fluid temperature is limited to 130 °F, so system cooling must keep oil below that threshold. Viton seals resist mineral oil and moderate heat for extended service life. The unit can be installed in any position, giving designers flexibility in crowded frames. No volume control mechanism is included, meaning flow depends solely on shaft speed and displacement, which aligns with the two-pressure control strategy described earlier.
