The PSV-PSSF-15ERD-56 is a variable volume vane pump manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the PSV Variable Vane Pumps series. It supplies adjustable hydraulic flow for automated presses, conveyors, and tooling fixtures. A standard pressure compensator modulates displacement so line pressure remains constant when demand fluctuates. The unit is rated for 1000 PSI, giving suitable headroom for medium-pressure circuits while keeping component size compact. Right hand rotation defines the required motor direction and prevents port interchange during commissioning. Flow can be trimmed on site with a screw volume control, allowing maintenance staff to match actuator speed without opening the pump.

The pump mounts on a subplate, shortening changeover time because ports and case drain remain fixed in the manifold block. A new port plate coating lowers friction at the vane tips, which limits heat generation during long duty cycles and extends plate life.
