The PSV-PSCF-25ERM-66 is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PSV Variable Vane Pumps series. Designed for hydraulic automation, this variable volume vane unit lets a machine regulate oil delivery according to load. It provides 20.2 gpm when driven at 1800 rpm, giving mid-range flow for factory actuators. A rated pressure of 1000 psi allows the circuit to operate in moderate-pressure applications without excess heat. The standard compensator automatically trims displacement to hold the selected pressure setpoint, reducing wasted energy during partial load. Right hand rotation matches clockwise electric motors, simplifying direct coupling. Flow can be fine-tuned with a screw volume control so maintenance staff can match pump output to system demand.

Flange mounting secures the pump to SAE housings and keeps shaft alignment stable in mobile or stationary equipment. A 1.5 in four-bolt inlet flange lets low-pressure oil enter with minimal restriction, while a 1.0 in four-bolt outlet flange directs pressurized fluid to downstream valves. Both connections are on the side of the casing, and the 4-bolt flange pattern resists loosening under vibration. Side ports simplify piping runs in compact power units.
