The PSV-PSAF-25ERM-66 is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the PSV Variable Vane Pumps series. It provides adjustable hydraulic power for automation circuits that require stable flow under varying load. Pressure regulation is handled by a pressure compensator, and the assembly incorporates two compensator stages to maintain consistent outlet pressure. At 1800 rpm the unit outputs 20.2 gallons per minute to support medium flow demands. A flange mounting interface simplifies coupling to electric motors. Continuous duty is supported at 1000 psi, and the shaft is configured for right-hand rotation to match common drive arrangements.
All fluid connections are located on the side of the housing, an orientation that simplifies hose routing in tight power packs. Each port uses SAE straight thread to ensure robust metal-to-metal sealing. The inlet port is threaded to SAE 24 (1-7/8-12) while the discharge port adopts SAE 16 (15/16-12) for proper line sizing. Flow can be reduced or increased with a screw-type volume control without stopping the machine. Viton sealing material protects against high temperature oil and aggressive additives, completing the compatibility requirements for modern hydraulic fluids.
