PSV-PNSF-10HRD-56

The PSV-PNSF-10HRD-56 pump is part of the PSV Variable Vane Pumps series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended for hydraulic automation where automatic flow trimming is required. It is a variable volume vane design, so its displacement changes with compensator position to match actuator demand. A pressure compensator control senses circuit pressure and adjusts the cam ring to prevent overshoot. The two-stage compensator uses a pilot section to drive a main spool, providing fast response and stable regulation. The assembly supports working pressures up to 2000 psi, allowing it to serve medium-pressure machine tools and industrial test stands without derating.

For integration, the pump mounts on a subplate, which aligns pressure and drain ports while minimizing external tubing. Its drive shaft is configured for right-hand rotation, so motor coupling must follow a clockwise direction when viewed from the shaft end. Viton (FKM) seals are installed to resist synthetic hydraulic oils and elevated fluid temperatures. The unit is supplied with no external volume control, meaning displacement is governed solely by the internal compensator rather than a manual setting mechanism.
