The PSV-PNAF-20HRM-66 variable vane pump is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the PSV Variable Vane Pumps series and supplies hydraulic energy for automated machinery that needs adjustable displacement and stable pressure. As a variable volume vane design, it shifts output to match demand and cut input power. A pressure compensator control limits discharge to 2000 psi, protecting cylinders and motors from overload. At 1800 rpm the unit delivers 15.2 gpm to feed medium-flow circuits. The right-hand rotation orientation aligns with most electric drives for straightforward coupling. Flange mounting fixes the housing firmly to a pump pad and keeps the assembly rigid under load.
The side-port arrangement places both connections on one face to simplify piping layouts. A SAE 24 inlet with 1-7/8-12 threads accepts large hoses, while a SAE 16 outlet with 15/16-12 threads routes oil to the system. Both ports use SAE straight threads so O-ring boss fittings seal without adapters. Viton seals resist high oil temperatures and many synthetic fluids, extending service life. Because there is no volume control, flow changes depend solely on drive speed and the internal vane mechanism, which suits circuits that only need pressure compensation.
