PSV-PNAF-15DRM-66

The PSV-PNAF-15DRM-66 pump is part of the PSV Variable Vane Pumps series produced by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation where stable pressure and controlled flow are required. It uses a pressure compensator control so the displacement is reduced automatically when the circuit reaches the preset pressure, lowering heat generation and energy use. The unit is flange mounted, allowing direct attachment to standard motor bell housings without additional brackets. Side ports keep suction and pressure lines on one plane to simplify hose routing in compact power packs, and the ports are cut with SAE straight threads to ensure reliable metal-to-metal sealing at high operating pressures.

Design series 66 identifies the internal geometry revision that aligns this pump with current service parts. A new port plate coating is applied to reduce wear at the vane contact surface and extend service life in continuous duty cycles. The pump turns in a right-hand direction, so it couples directly to typical clockwise-driven prime movers. Viton seals are installed to tolerate elevated oil temperatures and resist attack from synthetic or bio-based hydraulic fluids. There is no volume control feature, meaning the delivery adjustment is handled only through the pressure compensator rather than an external displacement setting device.
